WHAT WE DO
We combine international and local leadership and knowledge, integrating grassroots expertise with evidence based practice. Delivering an exceptional partnership based, culturally attuned and comprehensive service. We offer an experience that translates evidence and theory into thoughtful and practical action. We ensure meaningful data collection, focused on the outcomes we are seeking to achieve with our partners, reflecting and reviewing what and how we are working.

We offer a number of workshops and practice integration sessions, which when combined increase uptake and sustainability.
We use an interactive and experiential learning framework, that's grounded in practice, lived experience and evidence. Using exploration, modelling and coaching, we encourage participants to reflect, celebrate and develop their skills and expertise.
Practice integration sessions are designed to reflect on practice, what is being adopted, adapted and dropped when working with whānau, in teams and across organisations.
We evaluate using quantitative, qualitative and co-design methods to understand, across sectors, what is working and identify focus areas for development. We use dynamic research methods that respond and adjust to the fast moving space of service delivery.
We seek to understand both, the mechanisms for change in the workforce and the catalysts involved in facilitating positive outcomes with tamariki and their whānau.

Using empathic action we partner with organisations to support and strengthen senior managers, supervisors and teams to fulfill their purpose and deliver high quality services.
Drawing on knowledge and techniques from dynamic psychology, leadership and the social sciences, we co-create assessments and plans that are aligned with organisation goals and professional development pathways.
We partner with senior managers to develop practical plans that are strategic. Implementation of comprehensive and bespoke plans may include training workshops, supervision and evaluation.
Implementation is likely to occur at multiple levels and is timely and attuned to organisational needs.
